Recommended supplies for sixth grade:

Binder: three-ring, 1.5 inch (no bigger than two inches!)

Five + dividers for the binder

Wired earbuds or headphones

In a pencil case: scissors; glue stick; highlighter; at least two different colors of pens; pencil; colored pencils

For specific notebooks and other school items: wait for instructions on the first days of school
